Commitment to Supply Chain Inclusion & Diversity
At KLA, we value inclusion & diversity throughout our organization and supply chain. We recognize that partnering with diverse suppliers, whose services and products meet KLA standards and customer requirements, are fundamental to ensuring the company’s continued success. We are committed to growing an inclusive and diverse global supply chain, that drives innovation and partners with us in advancing humanity through KLA technologies and services.
Our Supplier Inclusion & Diversity Journey
Our journey began with the launch of our Supplier Diversity program in 2015 and made further progress by implementing our Supply Chain Sustainability Program in 2019, aligned with our broader ESG strategy. As a fundamental part of this program, we initiated a new phase of our Supply Chain Inclusion & Diversity Program. This journey is just beginning. In 2020, our program began to identify and track diverse supplier categories within our existing supply chain.
