Employee Resource Groups
KLA’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) align with company goals and are open for all employee participation. Led by volunteers, these groups collaborate, share ideas and advance inclusion across the workplace.

Black Employees Leading Inclusion, Excellence, Vision and Education (BELIEVE) progresses KLA’s inclusive environment through cultural awareness and understanding of the Black community.

Building Relationships In Diverse Generations and Experiences (BRIDGE) conducts programs and events geared to create greater understanding, collaboration and belonging across multigenerational teams.
