KLA is proud to announce the appointment of Sandra Mahadwar as our new Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer, and her promotion to Senior Vice President of Talent Management.
Mahadwar has been a driving force in elevating the importance of Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) at KLA, and was responsible for formalizing our commitment to these values with the appointment of Joni Podolsky as I&D Director in 2018. In her newly created role, Mahadwar will continue to be responsible for creating strategic priorities aimed at accelerating KLA’s efforts to improve diversity in our workforce and promoting inclusion and belonging in our workplaces and communities.

As Senior Vice President of Talent Management, Mahadwar continues to report to John Van Camp, and will be responsible for leading the HR Centers of Expertise, which include Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Systems & Analytics. In this role, Mahadwar will drive the acquisition and development of a diverse workforce with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary for KLA to accomplish our objectives.
