Nov 22, 2022 2 min read

KLA has been named to the Forbes World’s Best Employers 2022 list and ranked 38th of 400 companies making the World’s Top Female-Friendly Companies 2022 list. Our employees are at the heart of the company’s most important breakthroughs and KLA has an unwavering commitment to them.  Companies earn placement on both lists based on independent surveys conducted of employees around the world from multinational companies by market research firm Statista.

KLA’s recognition as a World’s Best Employer highlights our commitment to our employees around the world who work hard not only to deliver transformative technology solutions to our customers, but also to grow in their careers with us and make positive impact on the communities where we live and work.

World’s Top Female-Friendly Companies List

KLA placed 38th of the 400 multinational corporations on the list. To rank companies as female-friendly, 85,000 women at multinational institutions were surveyed to rate their employers on gender equality in career advancement opportunities, parental leave and other gender-related topics.
